Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within three (3) Business Days, unless the goods are out of stock which will generally mean you will receive them within seven (7) business days, in any case of goods being out of stock and we are not in a position to be able to despatch them within 48 hours we will email you and give you the option of alternative goods, taking a part shipment (if you ordered more than one product) or cancelling your order. You will receive your order via Royal Mail who will require a signature to leave the goods with you. You can track your order at any time by going to www.royalmail.com website on the track and trace option and entering your consignment number in the box provided (you will receive your consignment number via email as soon as your order is despatched.
Overseas Shipping
If you have purchased an item from our website and have asked it to be shipped to another country outside the UK, then you need to be aware that
any charges for tax and or import duty that your country may issue are your responsibility. We (eBody Ltd) are not responsible for any charges your country may charge for importing the products purchased from our website.
It is your responsibility as the customer to make sure that the goods purchased from our website are legally allowed in your country. Please check these details with your local authority before making a purchase.
Returns
When buying online from us we want to be sure your 100% happy with your purchase, so that’s why we offer a 14 Day money back guarantee on any products you buy from us, all supplements must be in the original packaging with seals intact (if you open any supplements we can not unfortunately take them back) for any equipment purchased it must be in immaculate order and in its original packaging.
We will not accept any responsibility for any goods we have not signed to say we have received so please ensure you send your returns back to us by registered post, any goods to be returned must be in an un opened state with seals intact to receive a refund.
You will need to pay your own postage for returning items back to us, and you will also be charged a 10% Fee to cover Handling and Re-Stocking (as we will have to sell the product off cheaper to our customers, as it is no longer a new product) we will then refund the difference back to your card.

If we send you an incorrect product, please return the item back to us and we will refund any postage charges and resend the correct item on receipt of the returned item. Your returned product must be kept in its original state and unopened.

IMPORTANT : We will only accept parcels returned to us by Royal Mail, parcels from other couriers will be rejected. Therefore we take no responsibility for parcels lost when sent by other couriers other than Royal Mail. This is due to restrictions on our PO Box service.
